All of our technicians are familiar with the operating procedures and type of product found in commercial businesses, retail and wholesale. They wear clean uniforms and will be happy to spend the time necessary to answer any question you may have. Our trucks are new and fully stocked with all of the material and equipment necessary to tackle almost any plumbing job.

 

24 hour / 7 days a week emergency service

For after hours emergency service work, we offer an on-call service technician 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, that is available by pager. After paging the on-call technician, you will receive a call back within 15 minutes. Emergency rates will apply for all emergency service calls.

 

Clearing of sewer stoppages

From a clogged toilet to a main line sewer back up of your building, we've got the equipment to take care of it. Our small sewer equipment will clear 1 1/2" and 2" sewer lines up to 70' and our large sewer equipment will clear 3"- 4" sewer lines up to 150'. Each service van has sewer equipment on it to eliminate unnecessary down time and return trips.

 

Repair and/or replacement

We install only the highest quality parts and fixtures that are designed to handle the rigorous use in today's commercial building, from automatic sensor faucets and flush valves to commercial water heaters. We also keep repair parts in stock for the most common commercial fixtures in the industry.

Backflow Testing

We have technicians on the approved EBMUD testers list that can test your backflow equipment and file all of the necessary paper work to the appropriate municipalities.
